Our work consists in depositing the copper oxide Fe doped CuO films by spray obtained from solution of chloride CuCl2 and FeCl2 with a percentage 2, 4; 6 8%, on glass substrates at temperature 3500c. The thin are characterized X-ray diffraction, visible UV spectroscopy four-point technique.With high peak intensity is for preferential orientations (002) (111), this increases as doping rate gives us more crystalline structure also grain size were estimated. transmission our varies between 55% 75% absorption domain, resistivity increase gap energy 4.00 1.47 eV
